The HOA has a continuing project to repair and replace the lighting at the front entrance.<\/p>\n

To-date, the lighting for the neighborhood sign has been repaired and is working. Several property owners have mentioned that the new lights cause glare while turning out of the neighborhood.\u00a0 Solutions to this problem are being considered.<\/p>\n

The next item to be repaired will be the lighting in the front beds.\u00a0 This will include repair to the weatherproof outlets that provide power for seasonal lighting.<\/p>\n

Lastly the up-lighting on the trees lining the street will be repaired.\u00a0 The plan is to convert these lights to low voltage LED lights.\u00a0 Low voltage will improve safety and give us more flexibility with our lighting options.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
