Hi Remember Me?  

If I look familiar, please have mom, dad, gram or gramp come get me before May 5.  To arrange our reunion, please call Joyce @ 608.630.0359.  The pool opens in a few days and I’d really like to be reunited with my swim buddy.  Any toys remaining in the pool area after May  5, will be donated to charity.

Dear Residents,

As we prepare for the upcoming pool season, we want to ensure the safety of all residents and compliance with HOA requirements.

Pool Waiver Requirement

1. All pool users 18 years of age and older must complete and sign a current pool waiver prior to pool opening on May 1.
2. Residents under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. Minors are covered under the signed waiver of their parent or legal guardian.

Important Notice

Due to the absence of valid waivers on file, any household without a completed waiver by May 1 will have their pool FOB access temporarily deactivated. This measure is necessary to protect the HOA from liability.

FOB Reactivation

1. Once a signed waiver is received, FOB access will be restored.
2. Please note: reactivation may take 24–48 hours.
3. Waivers received over the weekend will not be processed until Monday by ASK Security.

How to Submit Your Waiver

Residents may:

1. Print and sign the waiver form
2. Place the completed form in the designated HOA drop box OR
3. Call for pickup at (608) 630-0359

Additional Notes

1. Prior waivers from previous years are not valid, as the form is season-specific.
2. We are actively working on creating a secure, private section of the HOA website to store these documents moving forward.
