Spring is Here

You are now probably getting that itch to start spring cleanup and begin your annual lawn beautification projects.  It is the perfect time to review CCR information and ARC requirements to ensure proper approval is obtained, should it be necessary for your project.

The board of directors has reviewed and updated the Inspector checklist used by the community inspector during his/her visit in reviewing our community.  The revised checklist is available on the community website.  We have also provided a description of the violation process from the initial notification to the final cure process. Inspection monitoring will resume April 1, 2026.

     Drive-Through Inspection Overview

  • Compliance HOA standards: no unapproved modifications
  • Trash Bins; stored properly: only visible on collection days
  • Outdoor Items: Equipment, basketball goal, playsets properly stored 
  • Landscaping: Grass, weeds, shrubs, mulch and debris
  • Structures: Fences, pools, tanks, and additions compliant
  • Exterior: Mailbox, flags, and decorative items within guidelines
  • Maintenance: Driveway, siding, paint, windows, gutters in good condition
  • Parking: No lawn/sidewalk parking; no inoperative vehicles
  • Storage: Boats, RVs, trailers properly stored out of view
  • Commercial vehicles: Compliant with size/signage restrictions
  • Utilities: Satellite dishes, antennas properly placed
  • Signage: Signs and holiday decor within rules/timing
  • Violations: Debris, clutter, tool, or visible non-compliance
